Stage2  Hand Ported Heads (Exchange)

If you currently have an M8 Big Bore kit with stock heads and want to step it up a notch

  • Intake & exhaust ports are hand ported and textured to increase velocity and flow. This leads to a more efficient cylinder head and maximum power and torque for your engine
  • Valves are cleaned and refaced
  • Ports are Flow Tested and flow matched between both heads
  • Chamber Equalised and set to obtain desired compression ratio.
  • 0.580” High Lift Beehive Valve Springs. Manufactured from ultra clean high silicon/vanadium Kobe wire alloy.

This is a Head Exchange System where we use the heads off your bike and complete all work.
